The 熊猫在线视频 community always comes through. It’s something Paul Belski, general manager of the Endicott Sodexo dining team, sees time and again.

A perfect example is how students, faculty, and staff help those in need around the holidays through the  food drive at the Callahan Center.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to donate $7 worth of non-perishable foods, and are thanked with a free lunch in the dining hall. Sodexo staff members also can donate the turkeys they receive near Thanksgiving in appreciation for their hard work.

Thanks to those faculty and staff, as well as generous gifts from students, Endicott donated 749 pounds of food, including 16 turkeys, and a $344 monetary donation from the 2017 Holiday Celebration for employees.

In addition to holiday drives, the Sodexo team at Endicott works to donate perishable foods at the end of every day to , a local homeless shelter and support organization. Seven nights a week, food staff gathers extra portions of meals from the day’s service – usually enough to feed about 25-30 people – and student or staff volunteers pick them up from the dining hall and deliver them to River House.

Non-perishable food donations from the Sodexo pantry also are delivered to , a shelter in Salem, Mass., near the end of each semester in December and May.

“These groups do a lot of good in our community,” said Belski.  “We are committed to being involved by making sure food isn’t wasted and that people going through tough times have the support they need. The Endicott community always comes together.”
