Dr. Kathleen Barnes, interim president of 熊猫在线视频, says, “Endicott’s trajectory of growth continues, as does our investment in top-caliber facilities that ensure our students learn in classrooms, laboratories, and makerspaces that align with the careers of the twenty-first century.”
The Ginger Judge Science Center features an entire floor dedicated to engineering studies and adds significant incubator and collaboration space to accommodate Endicott’s rapid growth in STEM fields.
“I’m honored to have my name on this building,” says Ginger Judge, a member of Endicott’s class of 1951 who serves on Endicott’s Board of Trustees. “Endicott has grown into such a fantastic institution, and its students have opportunities aligned with good jobs that we never would have dreamed of all those years ago. It will be interesting to see what these students do with the training they receive.”
Speakers at the May 1 ribbon cutting will include Barnes; Judge; Dr. Gene Wong, dean of Endicott’s School of Arts and Sciences; and Lee Dellicker of Windover Construction.
On May 2, Endicott will cut the ribbon on the new Wax Academic Center, which will be followed by a third-floor reception celebrating the building as the new home of the Van Loan School of Graduate & Professional Studies at Endicott. The new energy-efficient building received a grant for its heating and cooling system from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Speakers at the May 2 ribbon cutting will include Barnes; Dellicker; Laura Rossi-Le, vice president and dean of the undergraduate college; and student speaker and education major Anna Battista.
