Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Listening Sessions Happening This Summer
The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Task Force at 熊猫在线视频 is leading the charge in developing strategic plans and timelines for Endicott to become more representative of the world in which we live—creating a more diverse staff, faculty, and student population.
As part of the first step, the DEI Task Force would like to invite our community to participate in listening sessions this summer. We have organized these sessions into smaller groups to allow ample time for participants to be heard. Each week will be dedicated to a different group within the Endicott community—students, alumni, staff/faculty, and parents. Please be sure to sign up for a session that works for you; sign on instructions for each forum will be sent out to you prior to the event.
Undergraduate, graduate, & doctoral students:

Noon & 6 p.m.
Alumni:

Faculty & staff:

Parents & guardians:

Each of these listening sessions will be moderated by members of the Task Force. We ask that participants practice openness, honesty, and respect for all who participate. All sessions will also be recorded strictly for the use of the DEI Task Force—they will not be shared with any outside parties. If you cannot make a time or if you would like to, but are looking for a more anonymous way to share your perspective, which will only be visible to members of the Task Force.
These sessions are just the first step in gathering information from our community. In early fall, a formal climate survey will be administered to the Endicott community. The results and information gathered will help the Task Force with further planning. Together, we all play a role in helping promote a positive and diverse culture at Endicott. Thank you.
