Campus Technology supports current and incoming students and has the following resources available to them:
  • FreshService

    FreshService is Endicott’s technological support portal – start here for all questions and to view our FAQs and support articles. If you don’t see the answer you need, please use FreshService to submit a service request.

  • MyEndicott

    Students use MyEndicott to access Canvas, library databases, Gull Card information, Registrar’s Office information, financial records, and more. MyEndicott is your portal to life as a Gull!

  • Canvas

    Canvas is Endicott’s Learning Management System (LMS), which allows faculty, students and staff to collaborate and communicate in a variety of ways for courses and other approved campus departments and groups. Additionally, online forums where faculty, staff and students can post topics and responses for discussion can take place 24/7. Chat rooms, web conferencing, online quizzes, tests, and other coursework and assignments, as well as announcements and online grading, are also part of the Canvas LMS.
     

  • Laptop Policy
    All incoming students are required to bring a laptop to campus, and select undergraduate programs have specific hardware requirements. Students may choose to purchase a laptop through our partner Micros Northeast to take advantage of pricing and service incentives.

    Endicott uses Gmail for all email services. Students receive an email to set up their Endicott Gmail account prior to Summer Orientation.

  • Software & Office 365

    All incoming students receive a free copy of Office 365. To receive your Office 365 please visit the FreshService link below.

    Students may purchase a variety of software including Adobe Creative Cloud, SPSS, Endnote, and Parallels at discount prices through Endicott partner

        

  • Computer Labs

    Endicott has a total of six full computer labs, a Cyber Cafe open 24/7, numerous special purpose mini labs for individual departments located throughout the campus, and multiple computer workstations in the library.

  • Personal Printer Policy
    Students are allowed to bring printers to campus, however they may not be connected wirelessly. Printing on College machines can be paid for using their Gull Card.
  • Gull Card

    Your Gull Card is your official College ID. Treat it like a credit or debit card, and use it to pay for meals and services on and off campus. Learn more about what your Gull Card can do and how to manage your account, add funds, and find a replacement card, over at Student Services.
