Join the Conversation to celebrate the power of dialogue to foster understanding, connection, and civic responsibility. Throughout the series, we’ll explore themes like electoral reform, misinformation in the public sphere, and the importance of voting—all vital topics as we approach the upcoming election season. Engage with experts, learn from thought–provoking speakers, and join your peers in reflection, debate, and action.

    Start your week off right! Join the Center for Belonging for a peaceful meditation session focused on mindfulness and inner calm. Take a break from your busy day to center yourself, breathe deeply, and connect with a sense of peace and balance. All are welcome to participate.

    Doing Civic–Minded Anti–Bias Work in Early Childhood Classrooms

    Join Dr. Joy Dangora Erickson to learn more about how early childhood practitioners in states with and without “divisive” concept laws successfully implemented a set of civic-minded anti-bias curriculum maps to more holistically support their young students.

    Join Student Affairs and the Center for Belonging for a full-day streaming event as we come together to witness history in the making! On November 5, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., gather at Lower Callahan or the Center for Belonging to watch live coverage of Election Day.
