Applied Behavior Analysis (M.S.) Concentration in Organizational Behavior Management
The Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a concentration in organizational behavior management is for students who wish to satisfy the educational requirements to sit for the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam and would like to learn more about how the science of ABA can be applied within organizational settings.
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) utilizes behavior analytic approaches to increase performance across a variety of contexts. OBM can be applied within supervision, staff training, assessing organization wide systems and performance, and within consultation with organizations. This concentration trains the practitioner to design and implement systems that are based in the science of ABA. Elective coursework will focus on the application of behavior analysis to business and clinical practice, including electives in introduction to OBM, performance management, and the application of OBM to a variety of different settings. Students will practice designing and implementing an applied project to increase performance in an organizational setting.

Curriculum
This concentration is for students who wish to satisfy the educational requirements to sit for the BCBA exam and would like to work in a business or human resources setting.
