Undergraduate Programs

Endicott offers a variety of programs that lead to an initial license in early childhood, elementary, and secondary (science, history, English, and math) education. Our educational studies concentration is perfect if you are interested in working with children in a setting that does not require state licensure, such as a private school or day care.

The minors in applied behavior analysis (ABA), and child and family life studies, prepare you to work in some of the fastest growing areas of education. A minor in education is also available for those interested in the field of education as a secondary focus to your academic major.

If you choose to enroll in our licensure programs, you will have the opportunity to complete additional courses that lead to the Massachusetts license in Moderate Disabilities (preK-8).

Graduate Programs

Graduates of Endicott’s education programs are granted accelerated acceptance to the College’s Fifth Year master’s degree programs—in Education, or students can also apply to be an Endicott Teaching Fellow. Fellows complete a year-long residency in a partnering school while earning their master’s degree free of charge. Other education master’s programs include early childhood, elementary education, reading & literacy, secondary education, special education (moderate or severe disabilities), higher education leadership, and social emotional development.

Endicott also offers master’s degree programs in international education, higher education leadership, social emotional learning, organizational behavior and learning; doctoral degrees in educational leadership in PreK-12, PreK-12 international or higher education as well as a doctorate in education with concentrations in curriculum & teacher education as well as higher education.
