Profile
Melissa M. Yang, Ph.D. is a Professor and Faculty Lead of Communication. She also advises the Nu Xi chapter of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. Her research focuses on digital parenting, news framing, and parasocial relationships within influencer culture. Her involvement with the College’s various grant-supported initiatives has made her an advocate for news and information literacy and digital pedagogy.
