Student Employment Program

Federal Work-Study

Federal Work-Study is a need-based financial aid program that is awarded by the Financial Aid Office. The majority of the positions at Endicott require that you have been awarded Federal Work-Study as part of your financial aid package. While we try to ensure that students who were awarded Federal Work-Study are able to obtain a position on campus and/or earn up to the eligible amount, it is not guaranteed. All student employees are paid bi-weekly for the hours they work; the wages are not applied to their tuition bills. The Student Employment positions must be applied to within Workday.

Campus Employment

Any student looking for student employment, or any other student service, should check in at the front desk of the Student Services office on the main floor of the new West Administrative Center (WAC) building, across from the Bourque Arena.

Students who do not qualify for Federal Work-Study are authorized to work at the following campus employers: Sodexo Dining Services, The Wylie Inn, Tupper Manor, and Misselwood Events. Required Steps For Student Workers

Once a student has been offered and accepted a position, they will receive task(s) in their Workday inbox that they must complete. For students who have not previously held a job at 熊猫在线视频, they will also need to bring original documents to the Student Employment Office that prove their identity and authorization to work in the United States. Please click  for a list of acceptable IDs/Documents. Please review the list carefully and note that you may have to bring more than one document to meet the ID requirements. If these steps are not completed within three days of the student's start date, they will be required to stop working until the process is complete.
