The evening of Thursday, May 18th marks a special occasion and two firsts in the history of ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ. Starting at 6:00 p.m., the Van Loan School at Endicott for the first time will host a commencement ceremony exclusively for its adult education students who are graduating with associate’s, bachelors, master’s and doctoral degrees.

On April 26-29th, 13 marketing, accounting, finance, international business, exercise science, and business management students represented ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ at the International Career Development Conference (DECA) in Anaheim, Calif.

While some Gulls flocked to warmer destinations, nine students spent their 2017 Spring Break on campus volunteering with local non-profit Family Promise.

ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ and Beverly Main Streets are pleased to announce Philip C. Lowe, Owner and Director of the Furniture Institute of Massachusetts, located in Beverly, Mass. as this year’s Featured Artist for Arts Fest 2017.

High school students with an interest in creative writing are invited to attend a Young Writers Workshop at ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ on Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th.

Students at ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ will be able to take a break from their studies and spend some time with the dogs from Service Dog Project, Inc. Therapy dogs will be available to students at the ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ Amphitheater on Tuesday, May 2nd from 12:30pm until 2:00pm.

Members of the ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ community, family and friends are invited to celebrate the accomplishments of the ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ Class of 2017 at the Annual Senior Thesis II Conference on Friday, May 5th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. The Conference will be held at the Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts.

On Thursday, April 20th at 6pm, ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ will once again host ‘Spark Tank!’, its annual business plan pitch event where student businesses will compete to win $15,000.

The second annual Changemakers Conference at ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ will bring together inspiring and courageous professionals and student leaders for an evening of networking and discussion. Tickets are still available for this Tuesday, April 25 event at ECChangemakers17.eventbrite.com.

The Institute for Behavioral Studies of the Van Loan School at ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ and the Doug Flutie Foundation will host the Annual Parent Autism Conference for parents of children diagnosed with autism on Saturday, April 22nd from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
