Experiential Learning
Central to who we are as an institution, experiential learning brings context and meaning to your academic experience—and a head start on your career.
We encourage students to gain insight into their intended career fields by acquiring practical experience and developing their professional skills. Experiential learning at Endicott takes several forms, including internships/co-ops for the majority of students and student teaching in the early childhood, elementary, and physical education programs. Our Internship and Career Center supports the experiential learning programming that permeates all four years of the College curriculum, and that enables students to graduate "career ready" with robust resumes and dynamic employment opportunities.
Internships/Co-ops
Gain practical, hands-on experience in your chosen area of study while sharpening your professional skills through our signature internship/co-op program.
Career Preparation
Rehearse for an interview with a career counselor, have your resume evaluated, and access many job and career resources. Explore the immersive services and support offered through the Career Center.
Clinical Education
Nursing and athletic training internship credits are earned in clinical education experiences over the course of the four-year program. You'll have unique, individualized guidance to learn and understand your chosen clinical area of study.
Student Teaching
Education and physical education students complete 120-hour internships, but devote their semester-long experience to student teaching.
International Opportunities
Opportunities for international students and through our study abroad program provide a glimpse into different cultures and allow you to learn outside the classroom in innovative ways.
