Undergraduate Research

Beginning in your freshman year and culminating in your senior thesis project, undergraduate research at Endicott is a major part of our academic philosophy. You will be involved in research in your major from the beginning. Topics that emerge during the senior internship experience often become the basis for the thesis projects, which can range from the creation of original artistic works to the study of a problem within the social sciences. During a held prior to graduation, seniors share their projects with the entire Endicott community.

Select Endicott students also have the opportunity to partner with faculty mentors on collaborative research projects through specially designed independent study courses across all disciplines. Students might work with faculty who have affiliations at institutions such as Massachusetts General Hospital or Harvard Medical School. Together with faculty, students often have the opportunity to showcase their work through publications or presentations both on campus and at local and national conferences.
