Set on the edge of campus with views of the sprawling lawn and easy access to Mingo Beach,  is a co-ed residence hall with double and triple rooming options.

Brindle Hall is a co-ed, first year residence hall just a short walk away from Endicott Beach.  includes a variety of room options, from single bedrooms to double- and triple-occupancy.

Brooks Hall offers double and triple rooms within a smaller residential community. Brooks Hall has air conditioning, common bathrooms, and common areas within the building.

 features two adjoining triples with shared, connecting bathroom and common laundry and lounge areas. Each room contains two bedrooms, which are triple-occupancy.

Located adjacent to Frates Hall, Hale Hall is a smaller building located within the First-Year Area. Hale is a quieter building with a great community due to the large community kitchen and the vast second floor open community room.

Hamilton Hall is an oceanfront residence hall open to first-year students who choose a healthy lifestyle. Located in a converted Dutch colonial house,  is a nontraditional residence, just steps from the beach. The Healthy Living Learning Community is located within Hamilton Hall and Wenham Hall.

Opened in 2016,  is a co-ed, first-year residence hall with triple and quadruple occupancy room options. Frates Hall has air conditioning, beautiful open common spaces, and many rooms overlooking the ocean.

The co-ed, first-year  offers common laundry, kitchen, and lounge space. Located in a converted property dating back to 1900, this communal living space provides a unique first-year experience. The Gull Leadership Living Learning Community is located within Reynolds Hall.

Rogers Hall was enlarged in 1957 and features double-occupancy rooms in a co-ed environment. Nestled next to Alhambra and Hawthorne Halls,  offers shaded outdoor space for reading or relaxing.

 offers single-, double-, and triple-occupancy rooms. Featuring a recently renovated common room, laundry facilities, and a kitchen, this co-ed residence is conveniently located next to College Hall. The Women Empower Living Learning Community is located within Trexler Hall.

With a vast lawn that stretches to the ocean,  is not your average first-year residence hall. A former carriage house and stable, the building was renovated in 2009 to make room for Endicott's growing student population. The Healthy Living Learning Community is located within Hamilton Hall and Wenham Hall.

Built in 1750, this converted summer home is the oldest building on campus. The residence is open to female students in any year of undergraduate study.  includes a variety of room options, from single bedrooms to double- and triple-occupancy.

 is a co-ed residence hall that includes spaces for students in either double, triple, or quadruple occupancy, all with private bathrooms. Bayview is also home to our Keys to Degrees students and their children.

 shares a quadrangle with Bayview and Stoneridge Halls. It includes spacious lounges, kitchenettes on every floor, study nooks, and a fitness center.

 features a plethora of green elements, including a water refill station, bicycle parking, high efficiency appliances, and recycling facilities.

With a vast lawn, ocean views, and a deck overlooking the ocean,  is a unique residence hall. Named after the first governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, the co-ed space offers a variety of rooming options and common laundry and lounge spaces.

With views of Mingo Beach and a porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic,  is a residence that features a kitchen, lounge, and semi-private rooms.

This co-ed residence building contains eight air-conditioned, fully equipped units. Each suite in  sleeps up to six students and contains two or three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and private bath.

Suites in聽聽are fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The co-ed, apartment-style living includes common laundry and lounge areas as well as close proximity to Mingo Beach.

聽is the place to be if you want to be in the middle of campus. This co-ed, 100-bed apartment complex includes four-person suites, which have galley kitchens, living rooms, and either two or three bedrooms.

Containing eight air-conditioned units each of which include two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and private bath.  is close to everything on campus!

Myrt Harper Rose Hall (MHR) is a newly-renovated hall with suite-style apartments on the former site of the Van Loan School, featuring an expansive lawn and fountain for recreation.

Standish Hall is a 52-unit building that houses 294 students in apartments. With priority given to seniors,聽聽units have two or three bedrooms, a living room, private bath, and full kitchen.

The fully renovated聽聽is a co-ed residence building with suite-style units available for up to seven residents. Close proximity to the Manninen Center and Halle Library make this the perfect spot for students studying the arts.

Each townhouse in聽聽has three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Williston is situated in close proximity to all of Endicott's athletic facilities.

The six units of the聽聽complex each contain five single bedrooms, providing a convenient and private residence option.

This Cape Cod-style house, which contains three double-occupancy rooms, is a housing option for Endicott's upper class students. The  is short walk, or even shorter drive, to the main campus.

The  is currently being utilized by students requiring housing accommodations. The house accommodates up to eight students in either single or double-occupancy bedrooms. The house includes a kitchen, living room, and common area.

Built in 1820s,  is one of the oldest buildings on campus. With four bedrooms, Farm House is a small residence hall that sleeps up to six.

With six single-occupancy bedrooms,  is available to upperclass students only.

The Rockport House was obtained by Endicott in 2003. It is a residential house located on Hale Street.
