Jan Atwater still enjoys traveling at 91 and, while at a Florida resort, she was introduced to Nancy Crum Ratrie ’61. They spent time together reminiscing about Endicott Junior College and what it meant to each of them in their professions and lives. Jan is looking forward to attending her 70th reunion come June—and hopes she is not the only one returning to campus from the Class of 1952! [Spring 2022]

Susan Barrett Rohrer’s oldest granddaughter just graduated in the Class of 2022. She and her husband of 57 years visit the campus often as two of their children and their families live on the North Shore. [Fall 2022]

Anne S. Kelly writes, “Along with my remaining classmates, I am so proud of what Endicott has accomplished with its nursing program. I’m so happy the College took in the Malden Hospital School years ago. There are 13 classmates left in my class of 30. We keep in touch and I hosted a reunion lunch at my home two years ago. One of our instructors also keeps in touch. I loved my student days where I made lifelong friends.” [Spring 2022]

Dale Lapka is still enjoying life at the beach, travel, and good health. She has frequent contact with Valerie Moroney Chisholm who, now widowed, is doing well in Williamsburg, Va., and with Shirley Doucette Maser, also recently widowed, who lives in Texas. [Fall 2022]

Barbara Moody has been living in Florida for the past 50 years, enjoying cards, family, and thinking of all the wonderful times at Endicott. She also wonders whether Gulls these days know alumni used to have housemothers. [Fall 2022]

Anne Mahaffey Leppert would love to hear from the Class of '59. She is still living in Indianapolis, Indiana in a retirement community. She says, "my husband Bill died this past May of Parkinson's and related problems, so I am on to a new way of living." [Fall 2020)

Barbara (Davis) Miller moved all over the country, following her careers in publishing and development. She retired from Washington National Cathedral in 2002 and is now a grandmother of four, living in Washington, D.C., with a daughter and son nearby. [Fall 2022]

Janet Hohman is enjoying life in Sun City, S.C. She writes, “We are well, active, and thankful for 61 years of marriage, two daughters, five adult grandchildren, and Phoebe Marie... our first great granddaughter!” [Spring 2022]

Linda (White) Price ’61 has moved into a retirement facility with her husband, Charlie, in The Villages, Fla. They are playing lots of golf and enjoying the nice weather and would love to hear from classmates in the area. [Fall 2023]

Barbara Latt thanks Endicott for helping her in a 25-year career in biotech sales. She can’t believe her 60th reunion is upcoming and has stayed in contact with Stephanie Pequinot Hastings. [Fall 2022]

Janice Silverman writes, “I live in Boca Raton during the winter and spring for golf and fun. Then, I spend the other seasons in Beverly Hills without golf because I really don’t know anyone who plays. However, I get to see three of my daughters who are all in the entertainment world. The most famous of them is the comedian/actress Sarah Silverman. My fourth daughter has five children and they live in Israel, where she is a rabbi. I have such fond memories of Endicott.” [Spring 2022]

Patricia Brown had a 27-year career in housing and property management and is now retired. She has seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons. Her hobbies include dancing, singing, and travel. [Fall 2022]

Marybeth Myers-Hawn remarried on 7/11/20 to a wonderful former journalist at the L.A. Times. She continues to live in a beautiful age-restricted community in Sun City West, Ariz. [Fall 2022]

Brenda Villa Kelsey just found a jacket from her singing group from 1964. It’s in great shape and she can’t believe she kept it for so many years after moving many times.  [Fall 2022]

Iris Hershkowitz Golden is running and competing in South Carolina at age 77. "Those long walks along Endicott’s ocean sure did prepare me for this!" [Spring 2022]

Joyce Foster Inch writes, “We drove through Endicott recently. It looks beautiful and has grown so much. We snuck around Winthrop Hall which seemed vacant… Hoping it’s just paused to be refurbished.” [Spring 2022]

Peyton “Petey” Stein writes, “My professional recruiting days have wound down and I am now a happy grandmother! Ezra (three and a half) and Charlotte (two months) delight our life. My husband of 52 years, Jeffery, and I are working on our bucket list and we took a road trip to the Grand Canyon recently. We would love to meet any alumni in the San Francisco Bay Area.” [Spring 2022]

Priscilla Dreher-Kaplan would like to say hello to everyone at Tower Hall. She went on to the University of Kentucky School of Journalism and worked as a reporter and editor for small local NY newspapers, as well as in advertising. After an Alumni Council meeting on April 2, 2022, Bette Shanning Milley, her daughter Jen Gregor ’90, and Darlene Casella drove up to Rockport for an afternoon of strolling and shopping. They returned to Salem for a delicious dinner at Sea Level, overlooking the water. It was a great way to spend the weekend. [Spring 2022]

Eleanor Schrumm ’66 is still living in Brooklyn, N.Y. with her husband, David. She is very fortunate to still be in touch with her former Trexler Hall friends and classmates Susan Feather-Gannon, Bette Shanning Milley, and Darlene Casella, among others. [Fall 2023]

Anny Bahr writes, “I still live in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and still work for our family companies and enjoy it very much. My husband, who was Swiss, passed away 7 years ago. I am a grandmother of five, beautiful grandchildren. My oldest daughter lives here in Tegucigalpa and my youngest daughter lives in New Canaan, Conn.”  [Spring 2022]

Barbara “Barbie” Horton Brown writes, “I would love to know where some of my classmates are now. My husband Al and I are Florida residents. We live in Vero Beach, Fla., and Louisville, Ky. We are blessed with six beautiful grandchildren, ages 12 to 18. They live in Kentucky, too. Endicott sure has changed! I’m curious if they still have Saturday Classes.”

Barbie Brown Horton is enjoying the gift of good health. She just finished a trip on the St. Lawrence Seaway with a bicycle tour from Boston and will take her fifth bicycle tour (electric now) from Miami to Key West this winter. [Fall 2022]

Marcia (Ellis) Moser is still living on Cape Cod, where she is still in the world of hospitality (her major at Endicott), entertaining visitors to Cape Cod and islands, New England, and beyond with history, points of interest, and interesting stories as they motorcoach the scenic by-ways. She is thankful for the wonderful education at Endicott. [Fall 2022]

Jane Hall Longchamps is leaving on a bucket list trip this fall to Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, New Zealand, and ending in Australia. She looks forward to attending the 55th Reunion in June with Martha, Merle, and Linda. [Fall 2022]

Leslie Heaton Evans’ granddaughter is part of the Class of 2026 and studying nursing. Leslie loved her two years at Endicott Junior College and met lifetime friend Susie Carlson there and the duo still remains best friends. Leslie was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2016. [Fall 2022]

MaryEllen Sullivan is married to Dennis P. Sullivan. She lost her older son, Christopher, in 2006. She has homes in Nantucket, as well as in Springfield, Va. She is a retired Psychiatric Social Worker and has eight grandchildren. [Spring 2022]

Verne Henshall ’68 has been living in Lichfield County in northwest Connecticut for the last 40 years. She’s had multiple careers: photography, teaching, realty, restaurant owner, boutique imports, and journalism. She is also a mother of one, Camille. [Fall 2023]

Beverly Sorenson only attended one year at Endicott, but did get her dream job as a ward clerk at Dupage County Convalescent Home in Wheaton, Ill., in 1970. She still keeps in touch with her best Endicott buds Lisa Shamer, Val Narowski, and Sarah Dunbar, who are all married now, including herself! [Spring 2022]

Kathleen (Hildreth) Barnes retired in June from Endicott after 27 years there following 19 years as a pediatric physical therapist. Tina Spence is now serving on the Endicott Alumni Council. She attended reunion weekend in June 2022 and wished more ’72 alums had attended, especially those from Bullock Hall! Tina is the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic states for GGT WorldWise, a secure global ground transportation company. [Fall 2022]

Bullock Hall Class of 1973 members, Andie Cahill Chester, Laura Broadbent Williamson, Susan Farb, Carol Wilson Amatucci, Louellen Mulligan Bartholomae, and Candace Witzel Schilling, reconnected at their 50th reunion. Since their graduation, the six have maintained the close ties that formed when they first met in 1971. They’re amazed that a two-year college encounter was the foundation of lifelong relationships that continue to this day. [Fall 2023]

Margaret Keyes is looking forward to the 50th reunion in 2023! After graduating from Boston College in 1975, she moved to Minneapolis to teach middle school in Chaska, Minn. She moved back east and settled in Arlington, Mass., and Watertown, Mass. She and her husband both worked at Harvard and are now retired and living in Salem, Mass. They love to travel.  [Fall 2022]

Margaret “Meg” Williams Ther writes, “I retired to the eastern shore of Maryland this year. We have a two-and-a-half-year-old mini golden doodle.” [Spring 2022]

Lois Nagle and Maureen Hoylen Walters spent time on the beach in Santa Barbara, Calif., catching up with each other in-person after 49 years. What a great way to spend the afternoon. [Spring 2022]

Jayne Vandenburgh ’74 and her husband, Andy, are enjoying retirement. Early on, they did some house flipping, but gave it up in favor of traveling! In between trips, Jayne consults on historic preservation projects for her former architectural firm. [Fall 2023]

Pamela Veith Payton ’74 and her spouse, Terry, are enjoying their retirement and spending time with their grandkids. They have embarked on several Viking River Cruises and other trips closer to home due to the pandemic. [Fall 2023]

Vickie Wright Ashcraft writes, “I shifted from focusing on art to tourism in sunny New Mexico. I'm blessed to see heritage tourists from across the globe.” [Spring 2022]

Andrea Dinneen writes, “Going to Endicott was the BEST decision of my life. I loved everything about it from the classes, campus, location and dorm living. But most importantly was the wonderful, lifelong friends I made there. We stay in touch and get together often, even after 44 years. 1976–1978 were great years at Endicott. Life was very different back then. So many memories and lots of fun!  We even survived the Blizzard of ’78. Endicott has changed so much over the years and I am sure it is even better now! Anyone who chooses to go to Endicott has definitely made the right choice and will have forever friends.” [Spring 2022]

Kathleen George Renner has enjoyed a lifetime career in retail, owning and operating an antique and gift store that included outside sales in estate liquidations. After retiring, a friend called her to manage an upscale women's boutique. She married Charles Renner, Jr. in 1987 and has two grown children. Her son, Charles III, is a general surgeon resident and was married in 2018. He and his wife Kaitlyn both practice at Mt. Carmel hospital in Columbus, Ohio. They have a beautiful baby girl born on May 8, 2020. (She and her husband are very excited about being grandparents for the first time!) Her daughter, Elizabeth, is a surgical nurse at The James hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She says: "We are all trying to stay healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic. My very best to all of my Endicott friends. God Bless and stay strong!" [Spring 2020] 

Patricia Purdy graduated from Endicott in 1978 with an associate’s degree in fashion design. Professors Barbara and David Broudo changed her life. She spent her life in the arts creating costumes for the Williams College Theater, childrenswear for Carter’s, and interior design for designer showhouses, before moving on to picture frame design, museum shop management, and now gallery director for her husband, bronze sculptor Andrew DeVries, who has created a sculpture trail in Middlefield, Mass. Belinda Lane writes, “After retiring from a 23-year career with an international airline, I came back to the North Shore! You can find me in Gloucester's Rocky Neck Art Colony at the Sidestreet Gallery. Happy 2022!” [Spring 2022]

Susan Brogna has been the medical photographer at Shriners Children’s in Boston for 26 years. She lives in Malden, Mass., with her family and two new Samoyed puppies. [Fall 2022]

Colleen Rundell now lives in Phoenix. She earned a doctorate in health sciences and her second career is teaching STEM to K-8 scholars. [Fall 2022]

Lee Neary has been working as a paraprofessional with high schoolers who have severe special needs. Before that, she worked in a day care center for 30 years. [Spring 2022]

Carlene Basler Brunk writes, “I live in Vero Beach, Fla., with my husband of 30 years this September, Steve. We have two kids and we own Minuteman Press Vero, Minuteman Press PSL, and Spinnaker Suds & Shine. Being a business owner allowed me to have the time with my children when they were young, and volunteer in the schools, Humane Society, and church. I would say I feel very blessed. I take part in Endicott Alumni luncheons when they are here in Vero Beach. I enjoy talking to the alumni and hearing how much Endicott has grown. I am also still in touch with some of my Endicott friends who put a smile on my face when we talk.” [Spring 2022]

Paula Prifti Weafer loved her days as an Endicott student, especially working with alumni through nearly 30 years in fundraising and advancement, most recently for Babson College. She is currently leading the $60 million Cathedral Now, Cathedral Forever campaign for Cathedral High School (CHS) in Boston’s South End, and providing strategic guidance in fundraising, and in planned and major gifts. She is thrilled to make a difference and an impact to enable students the opportunity to receive a rigorous and holistic education regardless of their ability to pay. [Fall 2022]

Lesley Lurie writes, “Hi, I've been living here in Arizona for a little over 20 years. I have also had some accomplishments over the years. I have two black belts in karate and got my bachelor’s degree in business management. Cynthia Hudson writes, “With a love for fashion since I was young and a degree from Endicott in Fashion Merchandise, I pursued a career in different avenues my entire adult career life. Kelly Criss was recently promoted to the administration at University Hospitals’ Department of Electronic Revenue Oversight after 24 years of service at the Level I Trauma Center. [Fall 2022]

Brooke Parker Higgins lives in Los Angeles and is an actor, voice-over artist, writer, and photographer. She launched her company ladieslifeguide.com three years ago and has expanded it to include email listing, social media, a merchandise line, and an upcoming LLG podcast. Fran Aceto is the head softball coach, the head field hockey coach, and also the seventh grade girls basketball coach at Lewiston Middle School. Go Demons! [Spring 2022]

Ana Roda-Fogarty’s ’94 son, Liam, is heading into his sophomore year at Endicott. He is majoring in Sports Management and finished his first internship with Firecracker Sports. He had a great first year, made many new friends, and both Ana and Liam are excited for his second year! Ana is amazed at how many new buildings there are and the renovations taking place. Dianne Dunnell-Bois started a new career in April, joining United Health Group as Senior Project Manager for the New England region on the real estate services workplace delivery team. [Fall 2021]

Elizabeth Nabatanzi remembers Doc Wylie’s words: “You are a mover and a shaker.” She graduated in 1994 with a degree in nursing. [Fall 2022]

Jennie Peterson Coggins ’94 became a Licensed Mental Health Professional, so she can now do more extensive school counseling, including possible summer work. She is super excited that her youngest daughter and current Endicott student, Josie, is heading to Italy this year for study abroad. Jennie will visit her this Thanksgiving. [Fall 2023]

Patty Robinson-Angel ’94 is enjoying her new home with her husband, Jason, in her hometown in Maine after they lived in Boston for the past four years. They moved “up north” to work remotely during the pandemic and decided to stay. She started a new job assisting faculty members at Colby College with the three modern language departments last September and is about to start her last course for her master’s degree at Boston University. [Fall 2023]

Trisha (Robbins) Clinch A’92 ’94 is a pet care professional with Annabelle’s Pet Care of Gloucester, Mass. She also owns and manages four businesses: Drift Soap Company of Gloucester; Cat Can Creations; Witch City Soap Co. of Salem, Mass.; and Trisha Clinch Art. Additionally, she operates a non-profit organization called Clawdia’s Cans, which raises money for homeless animals. [Fall 2021]

Wendy Lattof-Minton is the owner of Create and Escape in Peabody, Mass. She hosted a virtual crafting event with our Endicott alumni association in March where participants celebrated the start of spring with a wooden sign workshop. [Fall 2021]

Linda Christensen earned a master’s degree in business ethics and compliance from Cambridge College and began a new role at Akamai Technologies as the Senior Executive Assistant to the SVP and General Counsel of the global legal department based in Cambridge. [Fall 2022]

Belinda Goldberg writes, “We got married in December 2021 in Arizona after a long engagement created by COVID-19. Our wedding was followed by a 12-day cruise from Rome to Israel with lots of stops in between. In May, we set off to a Polynesian Islands cruise on the Norwegian. After that, we’ll take a three-week river cruise in Europe. I work as a fraud analyst with an international bank and I am currently studying Hebrew. I am returning to school to pick up a few teaching classes, so that I can teach history when I retire...  I am blessed and I hope the same for you! Shalom Aleichem!” [Spring 2022]

Tara Cunniff Capuano lives in Easton with her husband John and daughter Samantha. After graduating Endicott, she attended the Massachusetts School of Law and has her Juris Doctor. She works at Fidelity Investments as a director overseeing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.  Samantha is finishing up her junior year of high school and has already toured Endicott. She will be applying in the fall, since Endicott is one of her top choices! [Spring 2022]

Christine Spaziano married Kieran O’Neill on January 19, 2020, at The Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, Mass.. Standing up for the bride was Teresa Conant, Sarah Fredley, and Jessica (Munroe) Lallis, all class of 1998. A reading was performed by Renee (Tonkovic) Wooster ’98. Guests included Colleen (Yandow) Blatchly ’98, Gina (Boudreau) Mannion ’99, Patty (Waszeciak) Camilleri ’99, and Matt Camilleri ’99. [Fall 2021]

Danny McCaffrey has been working with Marathon Health for the past four years after 20 years of direct patient care. The organization provides unmatched access to employer-sponsored healthcare. In January, Danny helped launch virtual care services of advanced 24/7 primary care, health coaching, and behavioral health, and was recently promoted to product owner. Danny is still happily residing in Vermont with her husband of 16 years and her daughters, ages 15 and 13. [Spring 2022]

Leah Whitehead Oklan writes, “I graduated from Fordham University with my master’s in social work in 2009. I went on to get my clinical license and worked in a New York City hospital (in inpatient psychiatry) for five years. Then my husband and I moved to Vermont with our two children, and I worked at a medical clinic for 6 years, providing integrated behavioral health services in a medical setting for underserved/marginalized populations. Dan Quitério ’03 is Senior Director, Social Strategy at Paramount+, working with several global regions as part of the International Streaming division. A longtime resident of Brooklyn, N.Y., he sits on the board of the nonprofit Red Hook Conservancy, which works to conserve, protect, and support parks and green spaces in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Mary Olivieri celebrated three years working for Stonington Institute in Groton, Conn., which is a rehab for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. She encourages any struggling Gulls to reach out and is living proof that recovery is possible. [Fall 2022]

Dr. Sherri Raftery is a Gull twice! Dr. Sherri earned her master’s in education (Class of 2004) and a doctorate in education with a concentration in higher education leadership (Class of 2022). Dr. Kristen Altieri DeCarli was named the Director of Sport Management at Albertus Magnus College. As an Assistant Professor at Albertus, she is also the Co-Director of the Honors Program. [Spring 2022]

In the summer of 2022, Dr. Kristen Altieri DeCarli was promoted to Associate Professor at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Conn. DeCarli serves as the Director of the Sport Management program as well as Co-Director of the Honors Program and also teaches sport management, business, and communications courses. [Fall 2022]

Morgan (Tranquist) Cooper ’05 was recently promoted to Regional Executive (RE) of the Andre McCallum Agency in Richmond, Va. As the RE, she is responsible for running all day-to-day operations and growing the team. The agency had its best month in March 2023 with over $126,000 in production and protecting over 400 families with permanent life insurance benefits. [Fall 2023]

Erin North has been an elementary school teacher for the past 15 years, teaching the 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades in Beverly Public Schools at Ayers Ryal Side Elementary School. In 2010, Erin completed her master’s degree with highest honors in special education: moderate disabilities. In 2019, she completed her CAGS degree in school leadership, passed all of her Mass. PAL state requirements, and acquired her license to be a principal. For the 2021–22 school year, Erin transitioned to a special education position, where she is co-teaching 4th grade. [Fall 2021]

Todd Strong attended Officer Candidate School in Newport, RI to become a Naval Officer after graduation. Danielle and Adrien Peacock ’09 bought their first home in Peabody in September 2022. They have two girls, Giavanna and Bianca. Alex James started a company called Collective Minds with a mission to improve mental health and reduce the stigma around it. The company funds non-profit mental health initiatives with the profits made from apparel sales, and also provides education and resources to those looking for affordable access to help. Alex also started a new role in an animal welfare startup as a senior business development representative. Adopets is a plug-in for existing software at animal shelters to improve the efficiency of the adoption process both in person and online. [Fall 2021]

Alyson (Boehm) Lafferty was married in August. She and her husband Neil purchased a house in Weymouth, Mass., and live there with their puppy, Cappy. She was also promoted to communications and external relations specialist within the Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice at McKinsey & Company. [Fall 2021]

April Baker started a new job as a news anchor and reporter at KSTU (Fox 13 News) in Salt Lake City, Utah. While working as a primary anchor at an ABC-affiliated station, WEAR-TV, in Pensacola, Fla., she and her team earned the Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence, which is given to a TV station that excelled in breaking news coverage. The station had covered a terrorist attack at a naval base in Pensacola, a series of wildfires, a category two hurricane, and the COVID-19 pandemic in one year. [Fall 2021]

BJ Worth and Samantha Worth moved to Mendon, Mass., right before the pandemic hit in early 2020. Their boys are now three and one years old, and love going to the Southwick Zoo and watching the cows in the field at the farm next to their house. [Fall 2021]

Caeli (Byrne) Vilandre ’10 opened Bespoke Events, a modern event venue in Winthrop, Mass., in late 2022. She and her husband, Christopher, welcomed their first child, Ella, in June 2022 and they live happily together in Winthrop. [Fall 2023]

John Emery and his wife Elyse ’07 moved with their three kids to Freeport, Maine. Will Tortorella completed the United States Air Force’s grueling Special Warfare Assessment and Selection and was selected for the job of Pararescue. He has since started the two-year-long pipeline (which includes combat dive, military freefall, and advanced paramedic training); upon completion, he will conduct civilian and combat search and rescue missions, in addition to attaching to special operations units as a lead medic.
