Brendan Cronin, Operations Manager & Associate Professor in the School of Hospitality Management, is known on campus for his enthusiasm for culinary creativity and top-notch hospitality. The author of 2012’s Cheffin’, From Potatoes to Caviar, he has often lent his talents to live demonstrations with tasty results, most often in the kitchen of La Chanterelle, our non-traditional classroom. Now, thanks to the trend towards pandemic-friendly virtual events, fans from all over can get in on the fun. Watch two recent videos below: serving up a stir fry as part of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce Chopped Style Challenge, and a full dinner menu presented as a cook-along demonstration during our Homecoming & Family Weekend at Home in September. Let’s get cooking!
